Can I convert any advice to a video SoA?
While we are happy to produce a video SoA for any kind of advice, very complex advice is likely best completed using traditional paper SoAs. Further to this, some of the more analytical clients may prefer having all the detail in a document, and therefore video SoAs may not be appropriate for them.
How long is each video?
This will depend on the scope of the advice. Single scope advice will be delivered in under 5-minute videos, whereas multi-scope advice videos can be 5-7 minutes in length. In all scenarios, we attempt to keep the videos under 10 minutes in length.
Do I still need a paper SoA?
No! This is one of the best things about Planimate video SoAs! They are designed to completely replace the traditional paper SoA.
Does this mean I don’t need a paraplanner?
Paraplanners are the well-respected backbone of many licensees and practices. Planimate’s offering does not negate the need for paraplanners at all. In fact, in many cases, it will likely be the paraplanners that log in to complete the details in the video request form!
How will I share the video with my client?
We will deliver the video SoA to you via a weblink, which you can then share with your client. This is a one-click link which opens the video SoA directly.
How will I maintain my obligation to keep records for seven years?
In the video SoA link that you receive, there will be an option to download the MP4 file. Once downloaded, you may save them however you wish.
